Tips: Introduction part should be very strong... it always plays an important role in ones selection process... you should be cnfident as well fluent in watevr you say... choose your words wisely...you should also b well aware about the company like itz history, ceo, past , latest developments etc..you should also b aware about the profile for which you have applied...wen u speak ,interviewer should see dat intrst nd passion in you.

Alternate documents for Employee verification?
My new employer asked for my previous offer letters and salary slips. When I inquired, they said it was for background verification.
However, I feel that providing these documents might affect salary negotiations, and it feels a bit unethical too.
