I applied via Company Website and was interviewed before Feb 2022. There were 2 interview rounds.

Round 1 - Aptitude Test 

The aptitude and Subject specialization test in 2019 was for 2.5 hrs (may vary in the future). Questions varied from simple arithmetic, English language, and GK in the Aptitude category and HR subject-related questions were from IR, HRM, and Organization Behavior.

Round 2 - HR 

(2 Questions)

  • Q1. Interview panel consisted of 7-8 members. It began with a self-introduction, followed by past-work experience, situation-based questions, legislation passed and amendments made in labor laws, payment of PF...
  • Q2. Are you willing to re-locate anywhere the Company Management asks you?

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Public Section Undertakings conduct entry-level recruitments through open examinations in All-India basis. Usually, the tests include aptitude, GK, language-test as well as subject-related questions with negative markings (variable with the Organization) conducted online as well as offline. Resume based entries are not practiced.
So aspirants are advised to keep preparing for such competitions and visit the websites of such companies regularly for such vacancies.
