I applied via Campus Placement and was interviewed before Apr 2021. There were 2 interview rounds.

Round 1 - Group Discussion 

The word GD sound very interesting but many students is rejected in this round. Due to some reason like, not able to speak, not get any chance, weak presentation skill, Scared from another components .
The best ways to crack GD session is:::: do not initiate, speak after initiator..it give you a confidence to collect few relevant details and counter the initiator..At the time of My interview I spoke up 4 times and i always use example at the time of presentations..

Round 2 - One-on-one

  • Q1. About myself . About my specialisation. Why looking for sales job as you are students of marketing. Strength and weakness Case study

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question
So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
