"Hi everyone, I have a 90-day notice period and actively seeking new job opportunities. However, I haven't received any interview calls yet due to this notice period. Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Ask them whether call connects are a part of your KRA coz if the client doesn’t answer or doesn’t turn up for demos, the idiotically blame you for the client’s technical glitches. And later on implement LOPs and go radio silence about it. The higher management is equally toxic and also call for meets at 11:30-12 in the night.
