Interview Preparation Tips
Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - It's just a sales role that too telesales. Your title would be admission counselor but sales target would be there. They would say it's 5 days working but they would generate a roaster and say it is 6 this week and that week. You would be getting leads and then calling 300-400 leads and you would get a counselling of 1-2 depending on your skills and then you have to call them on video session and pitch the best suited things for him/her. And then further process is done accordingly it's totally a sales job make your mind before you enter targets are there. Work environment is also not that good. But from learning prospect you need to put your own efforts to learn no one is gonna tell you . Training is also just for a formality. If you have a keen interest in sales then only you should join .

Round 2 - Group Discussion
When I was giving the GD for Upgrad Abroad, there were 8-10 students in a single team and a single topic had been given by them to all of us and we had to share our views on that. Whoever shared the maximum and relevant points, they cleared the GD and then go for the next round i.e., one on one session with team Head of Upgrad Abroad.
