Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - There was one-on-one 4 round they were asked me basic questions like introduction, family background, education to test communication skills but after 2days i asked for result to HR then HR called back me and told that I was not selected the problem they told me was I belong from technical background that's the issue.

But my question is before interview I sent them my resume if technical background is the issue then why they have shortlisted my resume?? Why to take 4 rounds and waste this much time. Very disappointed.
