Apart from job security(debatable), there is nothing to be appreciated about this company.

From the work culture to the HR policies, everything is in the favor of the management with almost no benefits to the employees. The administration has some weird old-world mentality which can be difficult to reason with, it's a very toxic work environment to be in. I can't think of any positive aspect of this company. you can make good friends though.

*Poor Management. *The Mr. MD has some severe anger issues with not so good with female employees. *You name it and they do it- Mental harassments, Physical Harassment women, Employee exploitation. literally everything. and if you decide to complain against it they will all gang up on you and torture you to accept that nothing has happened to you, you are just assuming everything. Every single of the senior people are involved in this from Team lead to MD of the company. *After leaving this company and joining in an IT core company I come across the few IT OEM partners that are also partners with TSL They all are frustrated with the fake leads that they received from TSL. *Alok Kumar, The IT guy Vishal, Vignesh, and the most promising star of the organization Shashank all are mentally ill people no respect towards female employees. can speak anything and won't even think twice they are talking to a female. *Lastly No work life balance at all. They will force you to come on Saturdays. and will force you to work on Sundays also, and the pathetic team lead and manager will ask you to not talk about this in front of manager and in return they will add fake leads achieved for the respective month; you just keep your mouth shut and don't tell anybody that they made you work on Sunday. *In the data teams mostly under grads. and grads. people are there approx.. 19-20-21 years old. The kids are literally breaking down crying in the washrooms because of the unbearable pressure. and eventually everybody end up absconding or leaving the company that is why there is always the bulk hiring going on....Read More

How easily tsl allow experienced people to leave the organisation without trying to stop them ....

If you join as a fresher in b2b then the organization is good to go. As you can learn lot of things from managers as well as directors. Lots of campaigns they on board in TSL. So great opportunity to learn.

Dislikes

If you can not meet target whether you are working as in IT still you have to come down saturday in office, also you have to work after office hours. The salary scale is too less as compare to market. If you are pursuing any kind of course and you need side income this job is perfect .
