Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I would say that this company is expecting way more from a fresher candidate who doesn't have any hands on experience in anything. Interviewers who itself has the experience of 1 or 2 years expect the fresher candidate to have a deep knowledge of the subject. I have been interviewed in Many big companies, all the big 4's and that to interviewer with 15 to 20 yrs of experience and they didn't expect much from the freshers candidate apart from basic knowledge of the subject needed, analytical thinking, problem solving skills and teamwork. But this companies interviewer I guess they have struggle much in their job and so making the freshers struggle as well...

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - One of the worst experiences with the VP who took my final interview. They are rude, irritated, and uninterested in your candidacy. They don't want you in the company if you have good experience and are willing to grow in your career, they just want fake commitment with the company and would ask hard questions just to give a negative feedback to the Hr to reject. I heard about the company's bad reputation, still tried to get in hope for a good chance, but only they know what they are looking for in a candidate. The seniors think the person should be omnipotent, and they think that they are too, as they have experience and expect the candidates to know their level of knowledge. I wanted the job wholeheartedly but was laughed out of there like any uneducated person. Pissed at the senior management.
