I applied via LinkedIn and was interviewed in Mar 2024. There were 3 interview rounds.

Round 1 - Aptitude Test 

Aptitude test. The test is more to do with English rather than aptitude but it is called aptitude because it's sounds fancy.

Round 2 - Group Discussion 

Group discussion is of no use as they constantly leave the room and do not even observe people having group discussion but just for the sake of doing it they keep doing it and try to show that there hiring process is very highly competitive or intellectual but at the end the higher people from personal relations rather than hiring on the basis of merit and talent.

Round 3 - One-on-one

  • Q2. Kept asking personal question that how will I manage my health or my travel just because I am plus size.
