General Tips: Worst company to be employed in. I would not suggest any employable candidate to seek employment in their Indian franchisee Paulsons. I was inducted in the company with a bit of fanfare but on induction I found the place totally unworthy of making or shaping a career. The management have the least concern for employee welfare and comfort. They make you work on Sundays and the culture of the company is outright infringement in personal life space of people who are employed. The CEO, President and VPs are all for passing the buck to junior employees to save their back and hence they torture employees and break their motivation levels. They have the online platforms where people including the MD, CEO and others are present and they buzz you at 2.00am and call you for a corporate meeting at 6.00am. Logic is that, 'the mind stays fresh in the wee hours of the morning'. The HR is a puppet, leaving employees are faced with an ordeal to get dues. I have quit and happy.
