Round 8 - HR

(1 Question)

  • Q1. Salary discussion and negotiation

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Ne confident and open for discussion rather than simply answering questions. Have your own set of questions for each of the interviewer. Ask about their roles. How would you be aligned in the team. What are some of th challenges they are facing right now. What is their experience with the company and how long have they been with the company. And lastly, no matter how was your round, ask about what advice they'd have for you (since the person interviewing you would be with more experience, it's always good to ask for advice) usually this is when the person would give you some advice based on what didn't go well as per them (not directly but you can use your wits to gather the feedback) and it would help in preparing for next round.
