Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Basically please keep your mind very clear that, there will be very few questions related to your knowledge of Various topics like QC Tools, MSA, SPC etc…We all are understand that these above are core tools of QMS but at the time of interviews for the post of managers these may be discussed for a very short time
Interviews can be too long of Talk, approximately 3-4 hrs please note down the below important points :-

1. Be confident on everything you know, but if you feel you are going wrong at any topics you should accept it

2. Your personality should be perfect for this post.. Formal dress, Formal shoes, Properly Brushed teeth, Shaved if not interested to be with beared etc
3. Some of questions may ask to check your senses, i mean generally we are saying like common sense and Sixth Sense..

4. Any type of hesitation will be very big drawback to tour interview results.


5. Be polite with every answer and every interviewer.( Even you are right and he is wrong at that point of time)

Above are the general points to keep in mind and here are few topics of discussion with you during interview
1. Your managing skills
2. Your Career Achievements
3. Your team size for which you have headed or handled
4. Your decision making capabilities
5. Your leadership quality
6. Your approach to handle daily issues ( Factual Data Base approach)
7. Continually improvements projects in past or you can have ideas for future.
8. Customer satisfaction improvement skills
Etc..

This is from my experience.. Please don’t nt consider it as a benchmark.. It can be different Man to Man..
