Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - 1. Never criticize your ex- boss in interview.
2. Don't show your Extra skills to Employees (atleast in schools if you apply as a teacher) bcoz you won't be paid even a bit extra but will be overburdened with extra work , simply bcoz you showed and told that you are capable of it. This happens everywhere with every one atleast in schools.
3. Be honest , but don't be brutally honest!!!. I hope you get that. Foreg. Telling your weaknesses is fine, but explaining why your ex boss has thrown you out of the company ( in case if you were fired against your wish) is not fine.
4. Keep attending interviews of various orgs. Even if you don't want to work there, but the interview experience will make you prepare better for the interview where you want to work .
5. Never say that I will work for 5 or 6 or 10 yrs with you. Don't give them a time phrase if they ask how long will you work with us. Simply say that as long as we both are happy with my work I will work.
6. Avoid lying as much as possible, bcoz it's very difficult to not get caught by the interviewer.
7. Show through your words that you are loyal to the co.where you are currently working. Never say that I am immediately ready to leave my present co. And join yours as this creates a negative image of yours that one day probably you may do the same with their co. So demand some time by showing that you have some responsibilities which you don't want to leave incomplete there but will leave in some time when the present work is finished.
