... , teachers are provided tea everyday. Only 6 hrs of school duration everyday. Salary is on time. Rules and restrictions are reasonable. Free travel by AC school bus. Residential facility for outstation teachers with all facilities. An understanding principal. Reasonable work load (atleast for senior staff).

Dislikes

Very low salary, though it is comparable with schools nearby. Since April 2020 even till now i.e April 2021- they are providing only 50% salary to whole staff. Owners/directors avoid any discussion over it(. Half salaries) but always discuss about what more work and how it can be done. Primary teachers have low rate of satisfaction as they are meagerly paid and work pressure is too high. Though they don't ask anyone to leave but still every 2nd week a teacher has gone and new comes in its place. If the salary issue would have been sorted out by the employer, surely I would have wished to work for a very long time here. I loved the school and everything. But money is very important.

It was a good learning experience for me. the staff members are very friendly. Salary average but perks are good. Roorkee is a very good city to live in.

you have to be a yesman, otherwise you may lose your job. atrocious work pressure. They make teachers do many unethical things. their sole aim is business.

Yes mam job. School is running only on Facebook. strength is very less.only those students who are not able to join other school. Very heavy workload.salarly is very less and at 15 days later.regine latter asked with joining letter. They terminate you any time.no respect for teachers.

Every thing is worst in this school. Simple is that if u wants your carrer will be safe then don't join this school..and if you want that your child take good education then pls don't put your child in this school.. they will harrase the parents for every thing..
