My answer was ill say sorry about the inconvinence about the product and then ill be sending one of our executive to them to check on the product weathee it got spoiled or not if it is spoiled ill give them a new bottle of water and ill say sorry to them and ill take this issue to my Senior and make sure that it will not happen again.
