Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The interview process in SUSAHA is entirely different from other companies. Because, unlike other companies here HR people are not conducting interview. Here all interviews are carrying out by Department Heads of those concerned dept. and their team. so their questions are quiet hard to answer. Because the departmental head is a highly experienced person in that area. So , even his simple questions are toughest questions for us.
No preparation have any use, because not even god cannot predict what will ask.
It was such a nice experience because, before interview i though i know everything. after interview i understood i am nothing and i have to learn more.
