Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - An HR scheduled an interview date and time. I joined the Teams meeting as arranged, but none of them joined at the scheduled time. After waiting for 25 minutes, I sent an email to the HR professional to request a reschedule. Following this, an HR recruiter called and asked me to join the meeting immediately. During our conversation, it became evident how they value new candidates by promptly informing them of delays in joining the meeting. This inefficiency and lack of teamwork within the recruitment team is concerning.

Furthermore, the VP who conducted my interview did not engage in simple icebreaker questions to ease the conversation. Overall, I initially hesitated to interview with Sulekha due to their outdated website management and poorly optimized site. However, after the interview, I realized that the entire team seemed to be focused on outdated practices rather than embracing upgraded and innovative thinking.
