Interview Preparation Tips

Round: Test
Experience: Almost all questions asked were from design section because the company was offering us design engineering jobs. Half of the questions you can attempt from applying your +2 basics, free body diagrams, projections etc.

Overall I found the paper checks your imaginative skills applied in engineering rather than formula oriented (mugged up) questions.
Tips: Be strong with your basics, that will help a lot
Duration: 60 minutes
Total Questions: 30

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: The tech team was great. Well experienced but very frank guys who will ease you during the interview. So all the best for your performance
Tips: Specially try to give correct answer or atleast the correct approach (preferably basic approach) for the questions you did wrong in the written test.

General Tips: Be positive and confident, always try to show your positive side & your improving nature

  • Q3. What is formula of lep
  • Ans.

LEP stands for Load Equivalent Factor for Pavement design.

    • LEP is used in pavement design to determine the load-carrying capacity of the pavement.

    • The formula for LEP depends on the specific design method being used.

    • For example, in the AASHTO design method, LEP is calculated using the formula: LEP = (ESAL/1000) * (1 + 0.003 * (T - 3))

    • Here, ESAL is the Equivalent Single Axle Load and T is the pavement design period in yea...
