General Tips: This company has no value for candidate’s time and no respect for the candidate’s credentials.I took out time from a very busy day and it took me time to find a parking as the company’s office is in a residential area.I waited for half an hour and then an HR took me to a conference room and gave me a half an hour’s aptitude test in a paper and disqualified my candidature basis the test.I believe aptitude tests are important but can’t be the sole reason for rejecting the candidature as it should have a certain weightage but company might miss on really potential candidates if this remains a selection process. Interview was held last year in the month of November and I still get calls from recruitment firms for interview.I am sure the kind of selection process they follow;they wont ever find a good stable candidate.
