Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Smith and Nephew is good company for any stage of your career, and it's always a advantage to work with the listed company where we get the opportunity to work on best practices.

Financial accounting and reporting is certainly a crucial role and it's never about any particular question that can be asked in interview and judged upon, rather it's the overall profile that gets discussed, and candidate should demonstrate the level of expertise he/she interviewed for.

Once the HR round is cleared, you will be provided with a deatiled case study which would conclude major questions to be asked in operations round of interview.

I wish best of luck to whomever is reading this, having confidence in whatever you do is certainly a advantage, and if it's reflacted in you interview round then no question is hard to answer.

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - JK files is led by the in-house graduates of Raymond and they play a dominant position and enforce monopoly on new joiners. They made me an offer which I found ridiculous and immature. They expect me to take the work load of 150 cr but don't want to pay me even 0.001% against that hardship. Extremely overconfident, arrogant and unrealistic team as well as CEO is leading the organisation. I suggest you to stay away from this organisation for the better future. Beware of Ritesh as he appears innocent but the most arrogant person on the floor.
