Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Only one round. They will communicate via e-mails asking for you to send them 2 ppts for your demo session. However they will provide topics of their choice afterwards. Written communication is atrocious. Assistant Registrar Oindrila Mukherjee, who happened to be their HR head or something as well is the most uncouth HR I have seen. She doesn't have an MBA in HR, but multiple certificates from Linkedin. She thinks she is equivalent to an HR MBA. Most of the panel interviewers are empty vessels. They themselves are not well versed in their subjects, or spoken english is laughable but may have a special knowledge in a certain field. Most are aged Professors, with no new age knowledge of skills & knowledge. They will ask you questions & will not wait for your answers, interrupt if it doesn't match their answers word to word, you know nothing according to them. Student are very sub-standard, but they want faculty from NASA & ISRO with a meagre pay package. Ambience is neat & good, education standard is questionable. One of my students got 8.89 in Biotechnology (BSc.) but unable to make it to any of the colleges/University for Masters. So degree credibility is also questionable.

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - As an experienced professional I must say, this was one of the worst interview experiences I have had. The entire process lacked transparency & proper structure. The process went on for over 2 months with no prior information. (If you ask for follow up, they yell at you.) The management is rude towards candidates who have no prior connection to the institution. Rather it felt like they gathered to humiliate candidates by acting as personal critiques and mock them only to destroy their confidence. My overall impression was that the work environment is highly toxic and they have 1 year probationary period which raises more concerns. My suggestion will be please join an organization where you are respected and recognized.

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Please cross check 10 time before going for the interview, They scheduled the interview over the telephonic but didn't get any call and this cycle will follow for minimum 10 days after that i ask directly ask to come for the face to face round, when i reach to the office on 5th Floor head office which is located in Gurgaon Udyog vihar, they told me that you have to wait, during the waiting period there is a girl who directly came and ask for the director and told on reception that I'm here for interview, then after 10 to 15 minute later director came and meet with that girl and they both went to the cabin and came after a 5 minute, after that they call me at least 20 minute till that time i have to wait because i don't have any option, and i ask to the HR how much time it will take she told me to just wait for few more minute, finally they called me after a long time then he ask me only 2 question and then he told me to you can leave for the day, As per my exp and capability I'm best fit for your organization, but i know he rejected me because he selected that girl who came for meet to the director directly.

why peoples are doing this they are just wasting their time and their money, even they don't know what would be the situation behind the job changing and all. I know every one want female candidate for their own benefits. Because corporate need this things.

Please note that don't waist any one time and anyone money because they work hard to earn this and you are just call them for interview for rejection.
