Round 1 - Resume Shortlist
Pro Tip by AmbitionBox:
Properly align and format text in your resume. A recruiter will have to spend more time reading poorly aligned text, leading to high chances of rejection.

Round 2 - Group Discussion

It will be a debate session or the interviewer will ask you to introduce your partner

As for my case the interviewer do a debate session (consists of 6 candidate including me) they will divide you by 2 group (3pax/team) our group got the "Social Media Bring us Close Together" I am the YES team they will give you like 5 minutes to discuss with your team (PLEASE PLEASE PLASE DON'T SHOW THAT YOU ARE FEELING AWKWARD WITH YOUR TEAM) that is why it is so important for you to break the ice with your team while waiting (If an introvert reading this please know THAT I AM MYSELF IS AN INTROVERT TOO BUT if you want this job please get out from that comfort zone of yours)

okay continue.. so in this session there is no right and wrong answer the interviewer just want to see your confidence in the way you talk your body language and all so just talk comfortably be confident with your opinion and don't forget to SMILE!

Oh and the debate will be started with the yes team so the round will be like this
yes - no - yes - no - yes - no (and believe me it is pretty much easy than you thought)

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I would advice for the job seekers who want to become a cabin crew is just go with the flow and prove yourself that you can achieve whatever your dreams are.
People going to judge you by your decision but be unstoppable. There will be time you’ll feel low and quitting , but that will be the time where you’ll be proving to the world.
Stay patient and focus on your goals.
Opportunity is like a biscuit which we dip in the tea, little delay and it will be gone.
So grab every opportunity without doubting yourself.
With time I have learned that even if I fail I learn from it and give another shot.
This is how I’m on the path of success.
