Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - A small company having pathetic, hectic, inhuman and never ending interview process. I was interviewed and they need Immediate Joiner and after clearing 3 technical rounds they are supposed to release offer letter after HR discussion. But all of sudden they came up saying position is full. Now after 2 months they came back and ask to consider again and interview process started again and I done another 3 technical rounds and it's all clear. Till the time I cleared 6 technical rounds now they came up saying there will be further round of discussion but didn't disclose what will be discussed. Later during interview they started reading test and email writing test. I said my laptop screen having some issues and My glasses broken . This round was taken by a architect level person looks how foolish it feels. I communicated HR about same and ask to rearrange this round as I have technical difficulties but he denied and said you are not shortlisted. Looks I cleared 6 technical rounds and having 10 years in industry. But they denied. So suggestion is just stay away from this company as they will create hope and waste all your time and effort.
