Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I recently attended an interview at [Invited by company Director Amol Arora] and wanted to share my experience. The interview was conducted by a lady named Praveen and lasted for only a minute. During this time, I was asked about my family background, my current CTC, and my expected CTC. Both my current and expected CTC align with the advertised budget.

Unfortunately, I only managed to deliver a very brief part of my introduction (about 1-2%) before being interrupted. The interviewer mentioned that she was in the process of meeting more candidates and would get back to me. I expressed that I had barely started my introduction and had much more to share, but she did not seem interested.

I also pointed out that I had come specifically to meet with the director, who had invited me for this interview. I had postponed my other commitments to attend this meeting, so I felt somewhat disappointed by how the interview was conducted.

MD Amol Arora will send LinkedIn message to experience person that you’re fit for our company and come down for interview once you did HR manager didn’t take any interest, while taking interview she is more focused to ask expectations. Interview ended in 1 min. After that there is no feedback received from them neither MD will respond. The employees have to sit in one room of 2 nd floor of play school. No benefits have been provided by the company
