Sedemac Mechatronics Assistant Manager- HR Interview Questions and Answers

They have a basic aptitude test for all employees irrespective of level. Junior level employees have a relatively easier test and their cutoff is 18/30, while mid-senior level employees have a relatively tougher test where cutoff is 21/30 (no negative marking). Subjects are Maths, Logical Reasoning & Verbal Ability. If you have prepared for MBA or any Bank/PO or govt exams, you can easily crack this test. Experienced ppl who have left academics long time back may need some practice to manage the time limit.
