Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I cleared first round (technical), then there was a coding round, then after that a GD round. I cleared that as well. Now after clearing 3 rounds, around 17 students (8 girls, 9 guys) out of 142 that applied were shortlisted for final interview including me. They only interviewed women, and ghosted all of the men. Didn't interview even a single one of us. It was so frustrating since we were there in the campus from around 10 AM in the morning, cleared 3 rounds and then they suddenly decided they had diversity hiring. Atleast tell us before hand !!

"Hi everyone, I have a 90-day notice period and actively seeking new job opportunities. However, I haven't received any interview calls yet due to this notice period.
