Round: HR Interview
Experience: He agreed and I just forward my updated resume. That was really lucky day and I got a call from him. He informed me to attend the interview after noon around 3 pm. Before going to interview. I just brushed up my MIS knowledge and around 2.45pm i was reached the Office. Out look was really good. I felt very happy and I parked my vehicle, gave a call to my friend. He came to receive me and said just be seated, i will call you. 
I was little nervous about this interview. One guy came out and called my name. I raised my hand and he wished me "hello". I followed him to his chamber. He told me to take your seat. I said "thanks". He took my Resume and scanned once. Interview started with my first question: 
1. Kindly brief me about your profile.
My name is Mr.xxx xxx i put up in Bangalore with my family. We are 4 members, father: xxx , retired person , mother : xxx, house wife, brother: xxx, working in Mphasis and myself.
About my qualification : I have completed my diploma computer science in the year 2005 with 2nd class marks. 
About my job experience: I was working as MIS executive in Air-tel since from 2007 and till date. 
My hobbies are playing chess, watching cricket and reading books. 
These are my profile background.Thanks for listening to me. 
He smiled once and said. Why do you want to quit a job there? 
I replied: Just for career growth. 
Last question was How much do you expect? 
To be frank I replied 30% high from my current salary. He said i want to test you MIS skill in Practical. I said OK. Its already late we will me tomorrow morning 10am can you attend he replied. I said no issue. Surely i will attend.
