  • Ans. Make sure, don’t let them bargain too much, always deal on “in hand salary” after that ask for CTC (cost to company) if You deal with this politics of HHR, you’ll be definitely hired.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - My personal advice is mention your desired salary for fresher should be 18000 in hand and experienced should be desired for 60% growth. There is politics in salary discussion they insist for bargaining but don’t accept their deal.
