Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I am a motivated hardworking and discipline person

I applied via Recruitment Consultant and was interviewed in Jul 2021. There was 1 interview round.

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I was called for an interview for Executive Assistant role by One of the senior HR, after initial screening through Call. Nearly 3 HR were in contact with me for Scheduling the Interview.
And then I was denied to be interviewed for the same role for which I was invited! The reason was not properly given, and was offered other roles, which were not already discussed over call.

I took leave, spent half a day of my time for nothing! HR people don't value your time there. Not sure how they treat their employees, but the interview Experience was worse. Never seen such behavior even in Startups or mid Sized organisations.
