Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I got campus placement in Rinex Technologies in our offer letter there was mentioned that ctc is 5.2 lac 4.2 basic and 1 lac incentives and starting two months are of interenship stipend is (25000) 15000+ 10000 in which 15k is fixed and 10k is incentives but when we joined the company after completing one month then only they told us that if you do not achieve your target you will not get your basic salary . One more thing was mentioned in our offer letter that dinner will be provided by the company but no food will be given to us . Even they did not provide a single cup of tea in whole day . They did not provide Salary on time . No proper working hours sometimes they call us 2/3 hours prior and no overtime will be paid to us . Its my true and honest review.
