Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - You will get job in this company easily because people are leaving the company for many reasons, there is no job security, salary not been on time, we don't know when do we get our salary, they take work from you more than expected like late nights works and mean while they won't provide you food even at nights, you have to work more than 12 hrs a day, at 8:30 to night we don't know when do leave the work. Management also not responds your problems at all, they just use people as they can.
They won't provide basic facilities at site/ project location.
Even you works more timings every day you are not allowed to take leaves, they will deduct your salary if you take leave. They won't pay you extra money for extra late night hours at all.
Ground level silly politics are many more, but management don't have any idea about that.
Because management won't listens to employees problems.
