Experience: I applied through a reference from my friend and got an email for an interview. The First round was mainly introduction and about myself and all about the details mentioned in my resume.
Tips: just be confident.
Round: HR Interview
Experience: In this round, all general questions about the bank strategy were asked to add more customers to bank and all about the bank services and interest rates etc.
Tips: Know all about the company, bank before attending the interview.
Round: Case Study Interview
Experience: In this round, I was given the task to check all the charges which bank put on customers for different services like, annual account charge, SMS charge, atm charge, loan interest rate etc and compare it to other banks and suggest some changes which can help to bring more customers to the bank.
Tips: know all about the bank before held it will ease your work in the interview.
