Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Very Senior product person who is taking final round is not at all interested because he is very busy in something else and not even paying attention and seems to be in rush not even following the interview protocols like: Joined late, Done with discussion in 20-25 Minutes! & No introduction at all ! .
He is trying wrapping up the discussion as soon as possible as they are already made the recruitment or made the decesion or taking a interview because it's already lined up. God's know what they are doing! If i was shortlisted than also I will take a feedback for the product division because mid level people whom i interacted is having a empathy and nice person but Head of product is having some behavioral problem which I observed during the discussion and other candidate is also talked about the same thing. Thank God!

One feedback: Respect others Time and Efforts and Be Humble and Transparent.

Not expecting such a shitty things from a Good Organisation, That type of people are destroying the company culture.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Guys, I am more than 15 years experienced Sr. Interior Designer, would not recommend this place to work at all. Not even a single person speaks politely, all people working here are full of rudeness, full of Zabardasti ka attitude. Its only 1.5 years old company, & everybody behaves like they are one very renowned company. Would not recommend anyone to work in this company. For salary, I had to remind several times, then also deducted certain amount. Highly unprofessional....... Find some nice company to work & grow with the company. Working in this company, u'll not get any growth at all.

General Tips: Yours selection Will be easier if you having experience in corporate interior designing background. Bringing some of drawings or portfolio could help. But how they bargain for salary is such a cheap thing I ever seen. There is no HR manager. And boss definitely ask u to joint on same salary.
