Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I joined pete organic company in dec'22 and left in jan'24. Unfortunately, my experience with the company was not very positive. I would advise potential employees to be cautious. The company often terminates employees without prior notice. One day, i found that my login credentials no longer worked. When i reached out to my manager (Jack/jitender), he became unresponsive. Eventually, i received an email on my personal account stating that i was being laid off due to unforeseen circumstances, without any advance notice.

Additionally, the company did not provide the required advance notice. I had to put in significant effect to receive extra one Month salary. While i am grateful that the company eventually released it.

I believe that employees situation should also be considered. Sudeen layoffs without any notice are very unprofessional. Providing at least one month's notice, or even week's notice would be more considerate and professional.
