Interview Preparation Tips

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: Very tough GD because the moderator was pausing the participants randomly and sometimes tweaking the GD to fire up the fight. I was almost about to loose when a participant raised a point but got lucky because the moderator paused her, and then again I started fighting. The most difficult situation came when the moderator paused all the boys and asked me to carry on the fight against four girls. And finally the moderator stopped the GD suddenly and asked the three boys who were paused to sum up. But I got selected for the next round.
Tips: In a GD never stay silent. Think dynamic and raise your point.

Round: Test
Experience: Not so tough and plenty time given. The 60 minute also includes time for writing name and enrollment number. You cant turn the answer sheet before they ask u to start.
Tips: Just keep practicing enough problems in different sections. The faster u solve a problem the greater chance u can win.
Duration: 60 minutes
Total Questions: 50

Round: Stress Interview
Experience: It was a stress round because three people were conducting the interview and it was like a rapid fire round. I have only written 10 questions but there were more than ten questions. I skipped 2 questions because I was not ready to answer. Sometimes the interviewers were chatting among themselves on different topic in a very casual manner.
Tips: Be courteous and stay sharp all the time. If you need to avoid a question then focus on the other topics with strong logic. Try to bring the interviewer into your comfort zone. Do not let them explore your weakness.

General Tips: Practice more to be perfect
Skills: Logical Thinking, Ability To Cope Up With Stress, Verbal Ability, Quantitative Problems, Communication
College Name: Globsyn Business School
Motivation: It was a campus placement
Funny Moments: No funny moment, only serious moments
