Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Though various questions were asked to me but they were very general in nature (not complicated ones). What I realized that their purpose was to check the general understanding of a candidate plus their communication skills(spoken English) I went through a three phase interview one by one (first phase was a general talk, didn't consider it as an interview)
Bonus point-- your selection is highly dependent on your knowledge+ communication skills+ experience in that profile (experience is the main element I think because I know the candidate that they finally selected was experienced then the rest of us ). At last, it was a trainee profile for 1 year but of course they could absorb you as an employee afterwards.
