Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Nothing more to tell you about sun pharmaceutical industries ltd.As usual all company hire there employees.Here is same.so don’t panic about interview.One thing I will tell you if you are thinking to join Sun pharmaceutical industries Ltd then stop thinking there are so many restrictions about your movement.like if you will apply leave they will ask why are you taking leave? If you tell them that you are ill.then they will ask what type of illness you have.if they will not satisfied with your answers they will not give you the leave.you can’t take sudden leave you have to notify first before 3-4 days you take leave.I am working in jharkhand.And company incentives format is very bad.You have to achieve 100% of your targets 3 months continue and in 4th month you have to achieve minimum 85% of your target then you’ll get incentive otherwise you’ll not get any of the months.
