The entire interview, which should have been an in-depth discussion about strategies and future growth, ended abruptly within 10 minutes, as it became apparent that they were following their personal agenda rather than conducting a meaningful assessment.

Afterward, I learned from industry contacts that Suraksha Diagnostics has a notorious reputation for hiring throughout the year and firing employees within three months. This interview confirmed the red flags – the chaotic process and rushed evaluation hinted at deeper organizational issues.

This experience serves as a cautionary tale for professionals applying here: be prepared for a frustrating experience and ensure you evaluate the company just as much as they evaluate you.
