Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The interview process was quite lengthy. The junior recruiter asked entry-level questions to a seasoned professional with seven years of experience. They scheduled the interview but did not provide any feedback or respond. Unexpectedly, they would call again to arrange another interview, yet no response followed that either. After a week, they called and assigned me a task but then ceased communication. Ultimately, I had my interview with the Operations Manager, who indicated that they would invite me for a face-to-face interview with the Founder, but once again, they stopped responding.
