Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I had a terrible experience with the hiring process at next year data centre and cloud technologies. After clearing an online technical technical interview and one-on-one technical interview. I was informed by the HR Deeksha Kamath that I was selected. She explicitly told me to resign from the current job and confirm my joining date with them before they would issue an offer letter.

Trusting their word, I resigned from my job which was immediately accepted by my current employer. However, when I tried to contact N data centre and cloud technologies HR team to confirm my joining date, I was met with complete silence despite repeated follow-ups and voice calls mails and even visiting their office. I was bluntly ignored even after following up with Deeksha. I didn't get any response from her.

This behaviour is not only unprofessional but also highly unethical. They misled me into resigning from my job without any intention of providing an offer letter leaving me in a difficult position. I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious when dealing with this company as they clearly have no regard for the time, effort and the carriers of the potential candidates.

This experience has been a massive red flag, and I would not recommend data centre and cloud centre to anyone looking for a trustworthy and ethical employer.
