Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - This is a difficult company to work with. japanese-indian management both known for hardwork,long hours and less pay. Expect harsh managers from North India who will support and promote their own candidates and take your variable pay and use it for their house improvements. If they mention about onsite get it in writing in offer letter as well as negotiate relocation if job involves working from another city
