Round: Test
Experience: This test was offline. Quality of questions was good. there were no negative marking so try to attempt all the questions.
Tips: Try to make a good score in this test although the cutoff was low but it plays an important role in final selection.
Duration: 75 minutes
Total Questions: 80

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: Interviewer asked me about my area of interest, and maximum questions were asked from them.

i told him that i like coding, Data Structure, Algorithms and Operating System. so he asked maximum questions from these sections in depth.
Tips: While you are going to tell about your area of interest, please make sure that you have the depth knowledge of that subject.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: This round was just a formality. maximum elimination round was Technical interview. if you do good in your Technical Round , the chances of getting select is maximum.
Tips: Be calm and cool.

Interview Preparation Tips

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: Mostly the questions they asked me were regarding the microprocessors and coding (C and c++).The interview lasted for 45 min and during this my technical hr grilled me in every sense.He asked me logical questions regarding the core subjects.
Tips: Basically they just want to test the presence of mind and how you react to the situation.so just keep cool and give your best.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: the hr round was a 5 min round in which they asked if the student had any other offer(in my case it was polaris finance),and the ctc offered by the other company and the reason to select nokia over polaris.rest they asked me about my family details.
Tips: Just be calm and composed during the hr round. The hr round checks the mindset of the participant and his confidence to talk to people. Just be yourself.

General Tips: Keep cool and give your 100% .Rest have faith in yourself and you will do great.
Skill Tips: For communication and micro processors just keep yourself updated with the new technologies.read 8085,8086 properly as they will help you in the process. Internships matter a lot.Hence a good internship with a good firm counts a lot in the process(in my case it was Vodafone and Siemens LTD.)

Experience: There were 21 students selected out of which two teams of 10 and 11 students were formed. Both the groups were given a topic and each one of us had to express our views.
Tips: Don't get nervous, just speak whatever you think. Don't yell or speak at loudly, just keep calm and put your points forward.
Duration: 20 minutes

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: Apart from the above questions some puzzles and DBMS questions and a few basic C questions were also asked. We were given enough time to think and answer.
Tips: Do not be in a hurry. Think properly what you are going to say, whether it is right or not and then only answer.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: The HR round was a good one. He tried to test my thinking capabilities and reasoning capabilities
Tips: Answer every question honestly.

General Tips: All the four rounds were elimination rounds and the final result was announced based on cumulative performance. So, be patient and give your best.
Skill Tips: Try to answer every properly
Skills: IQ, Basic Coding Skills, Problem Solving Skills

Experience: The test which I wrote was based on cocubes. quants was easy, one can easily score 50 percent if they refer rs agarwal and logical was easy but it takes more time and verbal was neither easy nor tough. One thing I want to advice try doing verbal first so that u can save time and then go to quant and logical. After the test we got the results out of 160 students 51 cleared the test. I was one among them.

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: Keep ur cool in the technical. people are friendly. Think before you answer twice they may ask u puzzles as well. So be prepared for it. Final year project is a must, they are gonna ask u the details how you implement stuffs in your project. After my technical out of 51 students around 30 cleared this round. I was one among them.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: Don't be scared guys. Hr is just a casual one. finally around 15 were selected from my college including me. I am very happy with the result. best of luck guys. Do well!!!
Tips: Keep your cool. stay confident that's all I can tell. Once you clear technical one can easily clear Hr round.
