Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I was contacted by the recruiter and was roped in for the online interviews. I cleared my technical rounds successfully and they wanted me onboard at the earliest but my difficulties began then. Firstly, they decided to pay me less than the budget they had set because I was less experienced than their expectations and then after negotiations, the HR round was scheduled at their office which is just for formality but the Senior HR rejected me without an explanation and without any grounds which is quite disappointing for anyone being called to the office just to face rejection.
I advise anybody going for the interview to not hope for security until you have an offer letter. They are biased, political and narrow-minded for judging how you speak and not what you got to contribute.
