Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I had 2 rounds of HR Interview process and I was asked if I can join early. I immediately told them that it is possible for me to do that and the Interviewer told me she was looking forward to have me in her team. After about a week/10 days, when I tried reaching the recruiter, she did not respond. Later after a few days I tried following up and she stopped responding to my calls and messages. My messages went read but there has been no response till date. I am quite disappointed with the kind of response I received. I have been a part of CMMI organisations in the past however I have the zeal to grow and learn in my career so I chose an org like yours to have a good exposure and not just play around with job offers. My advice here is, we are all going through difficult times in terms of job search and trying to find the right fit, please stop wasting your timr and our time. Keep the employee posted on his status and not leave them hanging around. It is going to impact your company standards in the long run. You might have a range of candidates today in the market due to the economic downturn but you lose your company standards from a candidate's point of view.
