Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - 2 Rounds before final selection wehre HR had asked to sumbit documents. The panel was very good and were eager to know and discuss. After that no offer was released for months.I believe the recruitment team are like external consultants. After few months had this final round one Program manager and some sales lead both from Banglore office.Program Manager was better but other guy was very rude. They asked me to elaborate about project experience and challenges on elaborating they told me to explain about some other projects. Then they came to technical what was ado.net connected and disconnected architecture.I told them high level concept and told that we were using orms for our project. But the other guy wanted to know object and syntax level.
They asked me reason to change.I told them there was lot of rework and no work life balance. However they justified the rework saying that it is part of any process and also seemed to have traditional mindset didnt bother much about work life balance.

Dont want to be a part of company with these kind of higher management.
