Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - My 1st round was done telephonic.I was Asked about my L2-L3 testing experience and knowledge.
Interviewer asked me questions about basic and advanced OSPF , BGP concepts.once interview was done interviewer told me that i will be called for face2face interview. But after 4 days, after many followups finally HR told me that my feedback is not positive. When i asked for the reason ,they told me that my bgp concept is good and other concept like ospf is not good, which is verry surprising as BGP is far complex protocol than ospf and i was good in bgp and bad at ospf.I think in ciena many politics is played to select a candidate.since there is high referal amount paid by ciena,so there is lots of internal politics in hiring.you can only clear interview in ciena if u have good relation with someone important in cciena.
