Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The company is highly biased on Kerala employees. If you are from a different state, you won't be treated well. During my recruitment process, we had 3 coding questions. Whoever solves 2 of them will be considered for DevOps Engineer role and whoever solves all the three will be considered for SDE. I solved 2 questions and yet I was not selected. My peers, who did not solve even 2 questions properly were selected and I had to request for reevaluation. For further rounds I had to visit go to the office premises.
But now the interview process has changed it seems. DevOps interview does not have coding round at all. They have a behavioral round where they have to tell the logic for the coding problem orally and will be selected based on that.
