Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Please be very cautious with this company as they ask you to make a detailed KPI with measurable for various designations. They ask you various questions and if you see the flow of the questions, you will realize that they are taking from you the entire process of how you would do a complete PMS evaluation, measuring, grading and hike in salary. The company blew their cover with this process and when they realized they had got only generic replies they stopped with the interviewing process. They did not respond to any of the communication sent to them. Just showed that they realized they had been caught.
