Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Cleared the technical round and waited for managerial, they were calling names one by one and also calling those who did not qualify, after my technical I was called for managerial, to my knowledge I aced it and waited for an hour , they were calling those who did not get selected and my name was not in - not selected list, soo I was happy. But waited for 2 hours though they didn't call me for Hr round, I was from a 3 tier college and it was a off campus drive, the college where the drive was held had some connection or something, They told me that company only wants this number of students , roles are filled. Like seriously how unprofessional. They should have told me this earlier I waited there for more than 2 hours. The salary that Mercedes was offering was 6.2 lpa and now I got selected in Publicis with 6.4 lpa, wow hahahahaah
