Extremely frustrated with the unprofessional hiring process at lobb. After clearing the initial round, I was promised a second round interview, which has been delayed for THREE WEEKS.

Despite multiple follow-ups, the HR team consistently pushed the interview date, citing “unforeseen circumstances” and “scheduling conflicts”. The lack of transparency and communication is appalling.

It’s clear that Lobb doesn’t respect the time and effort of potential employees. If this is how they treat the job candidates, I can only imagine how they’d treat their actual employees.

Unless you enjoy being strung along and disrespected. I’d advise against applying to Lobb. There are a better companies out there that value their candidate’s time.
